By accessing and using NutriTracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service
NutriTracker provides an AI-powered nutrition tracking and fitness platform. The Service includes: meal logging and macro tracking, AI-powered meal planning and coaching, workout logging and programme management, integration with wearable devices, and tools for personal trainers to manage clients.
3. User Accounts
Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription and Payments
NutriTracker offers free and paid subscription tiers. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without charge.
5. Health Disclaimer
Important: NutriTracker is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Service provides nutrition tracking and meal planning tools but does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have existing health conditions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional data or results you may achieve. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (meal photos, progress photos, recipes). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely for operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with servers or networks, impersonate others, transmit malware, or scrape content without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NutriTracker Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriTracker Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
