Getting Started with NutriTracker Step 1: Create Your Account Creating an account is quick and easy: Enter your email address Click the magic link we send to your inbox (check spam if needed) You're in! No password to remember or manage Pro Tip: Magic links are the fastest and most secure login method—no passwords to forget or get hacked! Step 2: Set Your Goals During onboarding, you'll set your: Primary goal (lose fat, build muscle, maintain, etc.) Activity level Current weight and target weight Dietary preferences NutriTracker uses this information to calculate your personalised macro targets. Step 3: Log Your First Meal There are four ways to log food in NutriTracker: Method 1: Barcode Scanner Tap the barcode icon on the home screen, scan any packaged food, and it's instantly logged with accurate nutrition data from our UK-focused database. Method 2: Search Use the search bar to find foods by name. Our database includes thousands of UK supermarket products, restaurant meals, and generic foods. Method 3: Voice Logging Say "200g chicken breast with rice" and let our AI parse the food and quantities for you. Method 4: AI Meal Recognition (Coming Soon) Snap a photo of your plate and AI will identify the foods and estimate portions. Coming soon for Premium users.
